About the course

When a working relationship frustrates us, it is tempting to label the other person and struggle on. But labels close down possibilities and stop us from seeing what we might do differently. Meet the ACTors! introduces nine recognisable behaviour patterns that emerge when leaders are under pressure. They're temporary, situational, and easy for any of us to slip into. This course guides you through each ACTor using real stories and gives you a simple three-step method, leaving you with a shared language for what your clients experience at work and one concrete next step to shift a working relationship that matters.
